O mais famoso evento gastronómico da capital dedicado ao peixe e ao marisco volta a dar à costa, ou melhor, ao Parque Eduardo VII.
Durante 11 dias, de 4 a 14 de abril, o Pavilhão Carlos Lopes enche-se de chefes premiados e estrelas em ascensão, produtores de mercearia fina e muitos, muitos apreciadores de boa comida. Estamos a falar, é claro, do Peixe em Lisboa.
Para todos, esta 12ª edição traz várias novidades, a começar pelo próprio espaço, uma vez que o Mercado Gourmet passa a estar nas galerias (junto às entradas e saídas), enquanto o auditório fica mais próximo dos restaurantes.
Destaque ainda para a estreia de cinco novos restaurantes, todos apresentados por grandes nomes da nossa gastronomia: Monte Mar, do chefe Nuno Rebelo; Porto de Santa Maria, de Miguel Laffan; Taberna Macau, de André Magalhães; Tágide, de Gonçalo Costa; e Marlene Vieira, da chefe com o mesmo nome.
A estes, junta-se outra mão cheia de casas, já presenças habituais no certame: o Arola, do Hotel Penha Longa; a Casa do Bacalhau, do chefe João Bandeira; o Ibo, do chefe João Pedrosa; o Kanazawa, do chefe Paulo Morais, e o Ritz Four Seasons, de Pascal Maynard.
Como vês, chefes de renome não vão faltar, mas esta é só uma pequena amostra, porque as apresentações também vão trazer a Lisboa grandes estrelas internacionais.
Uma das mais cintilantes é o belga Gert De Mangeleer (dia 5 de abril), que já alcançou três estrelas Michelin no restaurante Hertog Jan, em Bruges. Não menos aguardada é a participação do italiano Marco Stabile (dia 7 de abril), do restaurante Ora D‟Aria, em Florença, que estreia a gastronomia toscana no evento.
Outros nomes fortes são o holandês Michel Van der Kroft (dia 8), duas estrelas Michelin no restaurante`t Nonnetje, na Holanda; o russo Evgeny Vikentev (dia 9), do Wine Cabinet, em São Petersburgo; e o chefe Oriol Castro (dia 12), do vanguardista Disfrutar, em Barcelona.
Quanto aos portugueses, o destaque vai para os distinguidos com estrelas Michelin: Henrique Sá Pessoa, do restaurante Alma (duas estrelas), em Lisboa; Pedro Almeida, do Midori (uma estrela), em Sintra; António Loureiro, do A Cozinha (uma estrela), em Guimarães; e Louis Anjos, do restaurante Bon Bon (uma estrela), no Algarve.
Já a sessão de encerramento estará a cargo do chefe Alexandre Silva, que promete dar a provar alguns pratos do novo restaurante “Fogo”, em Lisboa.

Como sempre, também não faltará o Concurso de Pataniscas (os vencedores são conhecidos no dia 8), com provas cegas de um júri especializado e, claro, o do Melhor Pastel de Nata, dia 10.
O programa fica completo com tertúlias, harmonizações enogastronómicas, sessões de cozinha ao vivo e outras dedicadas à aquacultura.
À saída, não deixes de passar pelo Mercado Gourmet, com mil e um produtos, como azeites, vinhos, chocolates, enchidos, queijos, doçaria tradicional ou conservas, entre outras sugestões.
O bilhete individual do Peixe em Lisboa volta a custar 15€ por pessoa. Durante os dias de semana, entre as 12h00 e as 17h00, dá direito a 12€ de consumo e entre as 17h e 00h, 6€ de consumo. Já na segunda-feira (8 de abril), o Dia Económico, vale um consumo de 12€ nos restaurantes ao longo de todo o dia. Ao fim-de-semana podes consumir 6€.
