We’ve put together the best shows and exhibitions we saw in 2024, and the result is this list, with a series of events you can’t miss in 2025, because they’ll still be happening.
There’s no doubt that attending a concert by one of our favorite artists or seeing that special art exhibition are some of the best experiences you can have.
In 2025, we’ll continue to share with you concerts and festivals , plays, experiences and shows, exhibitions and other events that are sure to make your year much more interesting.
For now, here are the best shows and exhibitions of 2024, which you’ll still be able to enjoy in 2025.
1 – Candlelight Concerts
The famous candlelight concerts continue to delight all Lisboners.
And many people come from abroad to attend these live classical music shows, always in iconic places in the city. Have you ever been to one? Tickets are on sale at Fever!
2 – Theater plays
Watching one of these plays is always a good idea to spend an afternoon or evening, either as a couple, with family or with a group of friends.
But what if we convinced you to take part in this immersive play? We’ve been there and loved the experience!
3 – Unique ballet shows
Ballet is one of the most elegant and subtle dance styles, highlighting the delicacy of each movement to the rhythm of classical music. However, even this art form can be (re)invented in a new light… and that’s what you’ll find in We Call It Ballet.
This series of shows bears the Fever seal of quality, proposing a fusion between classical ballet and modern technology, where the dancers light up the stage in costumes that glow in the dark. You can book your seat for 2025 here!
4 – Visit Amália’s House
You’ll only get to know Amália Rodrigues better if you know how she lived. And on this visit to her House-Museum, you’ll find out all about it.
Opening her home to the public was one of Amália Rodrigues’ greatest desires, a goal that was realized on July 23, 2001, when it was transformed into a House-Museum to share her most personal and intimate side with all her fans and onlookers.
And now, you too can visit this iconic space in the city.
5 – Living Van Gogh
In 2024, we visited “Living Van Gogh” and simply loved this immersive exhibition at the Mãe d’Água Reservoir in Amoreiras.
It’s an excellent plan for kids and adults, with various interactive installations and virtual reality equipment ; all for an unparalleled dive into the mind and work of Van Gogh, one of the greatest painters of all time.
