There’s yet another place in Lisbon ” smashing ” meat against the griddle, selling the famous smash burgers, Atalho Burger House, but with a premium novelty, using Black Angus beef and a limited edition of Wagyu beef.
You’ll only find these delicacies in one place: Atalho Burger House in Mercado de Campo de Ourique , where the meat is minced daily and properly prepared using the technique that is conquering the world – Maillard – which consists of creating a caramelized crust on the outside and a tender filling on the inside.
The new smash burgers menu at Atalho Burger House offers three versions, all with 160g of 100% Black Angus beef and, until the end of June, an exclusive Wagyu Smash , with 100% Wagyu beef, house special sauce, cheddar, pickles and onion:
- Cheese Smash: two Black Angus smash burgers, cheddar, onion, ketchup, mustard and pickles;
- Bacon Cheese Smash: the classic base with the crunch of bacon;
- Spicy Smash: for those who like strong emotions, with homemade spicy sauce and chili peppers;
- Wagyu Smash (limited edition): two 100% Wagyu beef smash burgers, house special sauce, cheddar, pickles and onions.
All the burgers are served on toasted brioche buns with butter, taking each bite to another level. And for those who prefer to eat at home, this novelty is also available via Uber Eats.
