We don’t often “promote” this type of campaign on our pages, but as we’re crazy about this Japanese delicacy, we think it deserves to be highlighted, not least because we’d be very interested in taking part: the Ramen Shifu restaurant, the one with the robot kittens that serve you at the table, has launched a challenge with 365 days of free ramen as the prize.
Known for its spaces full of Japanese pop motifs and decorations, the Ramen Shifu restaurant is celebrating its entry into 2025 with a campaign that will reward one participant with a year’s worth of free ramen, making this one of the first challenges of its kind in Portugal, which is sure to attract many lovers of this tasty Japanese soup.
How to take part
You don’t need anything special to take part in this challenge, just follow the instructions on the restaurant’s Instagram post.
Then all you have to do is wait for the day of the big challenge, which will take place on January 19, between 2pm and 4pm, at a location that is still under wraps , where you will be put to the test in a unique gastronomic event.
The Ramen Shifu restaurant chain already has three locations in Lisbon (Estefânia, Parque das Nações and Baixa) and one on Madeira Island, and will soon be opening doors in Braga and Porto.
The specialty of the house is the ramens, with various options to suit all tastes, from vegan to spicy.
