There are few festivals as emblematic as that of the popular saints in Vila Berta, which will take place from May 31 to June 12, in the heart of the Graça district.
Returning for another edition that promises to excite everyone, from the little ones (through the Children’s Arraial, at 4pm) to the grown-ups, the Saints in Vila Berta have something different about them, with this street buzzing with contagious energy and joy from 6pm until late.
Arraial da Vila Berta has been going on for more than a decade, following a joke between neighbors to celebrate the town’s centenary . It quickly became a success and one of the city’s most visited festivals during the Lisbon Festivities, always full of entertainment, typical flavors and, of course, typical Portuguese folk music.
In 2025, between May 31 and June 12, the picturesque Vila Berta will be filled with ribbons and decorations to become one of the liveliest stages of the city’s biggest popular festival, with a program that, over the course of two weeks, will bring residents and visitors together in a unique celebration that includes live music, dancing and traditional food and drink.
