The Popular Saints in Praça da Alegria will begin on May 26 and will continue until June 22, every day from 12 noon until 10pm, on Fridays, Saturdays and public holidays until midnight , and on the St. Anthony’s holiday, the party will last until 1am.
Every Friday, Saturday and national holiday eve you can count on live music and, of course, plenty of food, including delicious pork on the spit, grilled sardines and drinks to keep you entertained all night long.

Live music
The Popular Saints festivities in Praça da Alegria will feature a wide range of musical entertainment.
Free entry and children’s playground
Entry to this St. Anthony’s festival is free, but get there early because the seats go in a flash. In any case, there’s always another seat on the grass or at the kiosk next door.
Praça da Alegria also has a small playground where the little ones can burn off their energy while their parents dance.
