The Night Stories night market, which brings together music, art and gastronomy, is already known as one of the most eagerly awaited events on the city’s cultural calendar, with each edition promising new experiences that celebrate local culture and innovation.
We also remember the first edition of Night Stories, in 2021, at Doca da Marinha, which immediately stood out as one of the best events of the year.
Since then, its fame has taken it to some of Lisbon’s most iconic locations, such as the old Trafaria prison or the Museum of Natural History and Science.
Next stops
The latest edition of this event, which celebrates Lisbon’s creativity and culture, will pass by the Igreja da Graça on September 19 and 27, and October 3 and 4, and then head to the Armazém in Beato on October 19 for the closing event of this year’s festivities.
As usual in previous editions, the program is very diverse and includes live music, performances by local and international artists, and even cooking demonstrations.
In this area, the highlight is the various gastronomic offerings, with street food vans feeding all those present with various delicacies.
As far as art is concerned, at this night market you’ll find several independent brands, local artists and crafts, as well as spaces where you can get a quick tattoo or even take part in small workshops.
