On December 8, get ready for something new on Lisbon’s main thoroughfares, because they will be hosting a parade of illuminated cars, which will take place for the first time in our country.
The event, which is a charity event, will benefit the Vítor Reis Morais Foundation, which is dedicated to providing support to children in need , as well as other services, in a context of dignity, identity, freedom, cultural and artistic expression.
The aim of this parade of illuminated cars is to raise donations for children in vulnerable situations, while celebrating the Christmas spirit and making a big difference to the lives of those who need it most.

With the slogan “This Christmas, every light on the car is the sparkle of hope in every child’s heart”, this action also aims to offer the whole community a unique and unforgettable experience, inviting anyone who wants to take part in this parade with their own car full of Christmas lights.
The parade organizers have opened a limited number of entries for anyone to take part, but they are now closed.
Participants can contribute all kinds of donations, from clothes, toys or basic necessities (they don’t accept money), and during the parade of illuminated cars, these donations will be given to the children of the institutions, who will also be able to see the convoy of cars full of lights.
