Yoga and meditation overlooking the Tagus
To foster a deep connection between body and mind, the Hyatt Regency Lisboa ( a five-star hotel) is hosting “Full Moon Yoga” this summer — special (and limited-capacity) yoga and meditation sessions organized by Serenity – The Art of Well-Being. The setting couldn’t be more inspiring: a rooftop overlooking the ever-imposing Tagus River, which embraces Lisbon in all its splendor.
What can you expect from the experience?
You won’t find telescopes or cameras equipped with top-of-the-line lenses to capture the best photos; instead, the focus is on pure serenity.
It all begins at 7: 30 p.m. with a welcome session, followed by a guided yoga session from 8:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., where each participant is invited to let go of stress and embrace the regenerative energy of the Full Deer Moon —so named because it coincides with the period when the antlers of this species begin to grow most rapidly.

“Full Moon Yoga” sessions are available to guests and the general public, subject to advance reservation and a fee of €20. As the name suggests, the dates coincide with the occurrence of full moons. And here are the upcoming dates on the schedule:
