All over the city, the magic of the Christmas season is gradually beginning to be felt , with events and markets multiplying. However, for those who like music, one of the main highlights is the Lisbon Christmas Festival program.
Between December 5 and 19, the initiative, organized by the municipality’s Empresa de Gestão de Equipamentos e Animação Cultural (EGEAC), brings another vibrant Christmas cycle with seven musical shows in unique venues: from historic churches to monuments.

Lisbon Christmas Festival Concerts
According to the official EGEAC press release, this is the musical program for the Lisbon Christmas Festivities:
- December 5 – Campestre Concert, at the Church of São Vicente de Fora, 9 p.m.
- December 7 – Sete Lágrimas, at the Church of Santa Isabel, 5pm
- December 8 – “The Snowman”, film and music, at Cinema de São Jorge, 16h30
- December 12 – Altos do Bairro and Coro Alto, at Nossa Senhora dos Navegantes Church, 9pm
- December 13 – Lisboa Fado, Terra Natal, at the Capitólio, 9pm
- December 14 – Chamber Choir of the Gregorian Institute of Lisbon, at the Seminary Church of Nossa Senhora da Conceição da Luz, 5pm
- December 19 – Saint Dominic’s Gospel Choir, at the National Pantheon, 9pm
