Driving in Lisbon can be a complicated task, or it wouldn’t be one of the most stressful cities in Europe to drive around. So an alternative to consider could be the GIRA bike-sharing network, which now covers all the parishes in the Lisbon municipality.
More specifically, on Friday (May 9), three new stations were inaugurated, with a total of 83 docks, in the parish of Ajuda, next to the University Pole.
According to a post on Instagram by EMEL – Empresa de Mobilidade e Estacionamento de Lisboa, these are the latest stations in the GIRA network:
- 251 – Rua Almerindo Lessa, ISCSP, 27 docks
- 252 – Avenida da Universidade Técnica/ Rua Sá Nogueira, 15 docks
- 254 – Rua Joaquim Fiadeiro/ Residência Universitária, 41 docks.
