The study in question analyzed dozens of European cities, considering the following criteria:

- Range of spas and wellness centers
- Urban safety
- Accessibility and walkability
- Free cultural offer
- Nightlife and number of bars/nightclubs

Taking into account the characteristics and after considering various destinations, this was the top 10:

- Florence
- Edinburgh
- Bordeaux
- Lisbon
- Amsterdam
- Prague
- Athens
- Venice
- Tallinn
